I assume there are things that can be done to make the turbo whistle more audible without doing any deletes that would affect warranty,
I know with my 05 you could remove a ring on the turbo and some baffles in the intake.........

There are some "How To's" on removing the so called silencer ring on the HE351 but you will quickly see how difficult it is and will provide ZERO real world proven results.

You can try removing the "Whales Tongue" out of the intake pipe and also cut the bottom of your air box out. Other than slight intake improvements, I doubt there is much you can do without voiding the warranty. The HE351 will get louder as you increase mileage though.

 

I removed my silencer ring on my turbo and also installed a cold air intake. My turbo sings louder than my 04 did. That is about all you can do to make it sing.

 

If you really want to hear it, buy an intake.

I just dealt my 2011 2500 for a 2012 3500 and I think it is even more quiet................guess i better give it a few miles before I mod it.
