egr cooler delete leaking

egr cooler delete leaking

i installed the sinister egr delete and the blue fitting is leaking coolent where it connects to the stock steel pipe with the rubber o-ring its not spraying out but it is a steady drip any ideas? when i first put it in i tore the o-ring so i replaced it with a new one the exact same size

Not all o rings are created equally perhaps the factory one is designed to handle much higher temps. I would get the factory O ring and don't forget to put a little lube on it when installing.

i replaced that one which ended up being torn again with the one from the the stock cooler seems to be working cant figute why it would be torn thow
