im thanking of doing the full deletes on my truck. what are the fuel mileage gains are you guys seeing, from stock to deleted. thanks

 

I get 4 mpg better, intown empty and 3 on the highway empty.

Towing I only got .75 to 1 mpg better. It takes X amount of power to tow and the 6.7 can be thirsty when asked to work. That being said, she is a towing monster, with the 6 speed auto and engine brake, I'd never go back to the 5.9.

Also, all numbers are hand calculated. Since I did the emissions "adjustments", in almost a year, I've had no issues other than a low battery voltage code. It is -30 and its sat for over a week, so I'll give it a break on that one.

 

dont tell me klx650a2 is the only guy thats done the deletes.

I will be reciving my H&S programmer, egr delete and pipes in the next few days and will be doing my truck will let you know gains. Currently getting 14 city 16.5 hwy before deletes.

 

mine went from 14 to 18 combine driving with just the smarty jr, deleats still on

 

Justcampin, did you get your mpg from the EVIC or did you hand calculate the mpg?

 

Just completed my deletes today just have to finish up the cooler delete and will post mileage after a couple days of riding around. Stock mufflers and dpf is alot of dead weight.

 

I was getting 18.25mpg before the deletes....I'm getting less now...we'll see if that changes when we get warm weather and good fuel again!

gettin less now cause of the increased power and right foot don't listen to the brain cause its too much darn fun lol. I had that problem when I bombed my mega.

 

Not really...just crappy winter fuel and more warm up time. I don't drive it any different....mostly
