DPF back exhaust system - worth it????

I'd like a little more rumble but I'm not ready to delete yet. If I install a 5" DPF back pipe, (no resonator or muffler) can I just add a DPF delete pipe when I'm ready to delete?

I agree with Blake.. It will make a little more noise, but not too much as the emissions does a pretty good job of keeping it quiet.

This is a cheaper option.

be wastin your time brother like said above. it won't gain you a thing other than the looks of a 5" piece of pipe hanging off right rear quarter panel.

Pretty much what I thought. I've just got too get some more miles on it before I can delete.

10k in 6 months now, and we are preping for our winter trip to florida, around the gulf to Texas, accross to AZ, into southern CA, up to Reno for a few weeks, then back home in April.

Somewhere along this run, things are going to fall off!

Thanks Guys
Larry

DPF back really is just for looks. I had a 5 inch one sitting here when were waiting for HS to write the tunes for the '11 and outside of the larger pipe nothing changed.
