trubo back exhaust system...worth it??

I am looking to put a exhaust system on my truck and i am wondering if there are any pros or cons to having a turbo back system or a cat back system.
I have looked at MBRP and Silverling exhaust systems so far.
Anyone heard of a lose of mpg when they put a exhaust system on there truck??

Depending on you config, you'll lose a little bottom end. If you go w/ a turbo back, egt's will drop around 200 deg, and should see a slight increase in mpg's.

we have done extensive testing to see what works and what is cost effective to increase fuel milage while towing nothing on the intake side of the turbo was cost effective and lost 6-10% efficiency with the afe stage 1 &2 lost a small amount when we cut the baffles out that is why we used the tag , scraped all of the afe and added the psm to get it back to as good as factory ,the tag actually helps at cruzing speed. the exhaust was better but will take a couple of years to pay back , we did each of four trucks different to see how the drone was towing , the one i like best is is a 5" turbo back with a donaldson muffler i think it is # 90535 it is about 5' long and about 9 or 10" in diameter, i thought the dtr member that sugested it had made a mistake but it fits with clearance the cost difference between 4"and 5" was $40 and the donaldson was only $90 so overall the 5" was cheaper than the 4 the towing egt on the 5 is only about 30* less that my 4 and $200 aero 4040xl and is a lot quiter
