Pics of the new rear bumper, as promised. It follows the basic shape of the factory bumper, except for sticking a little further out from the back of the truck. Options will include: shackle mounts, backup lights in buckets (round and rectangle), and backup sensors. The trailer plug and license plate light will be standard.

Nice looking bumper.
How far does that extend past the stock bumper? My truck just barely fit's in my garage now. I wouldn't mind getting front and rears unpainted and having my son-in-law (auto body guy) color match them to my truck.

The front sticks out 3" past the stock front bumper. The rear sticks out about 1/2" past the stock rear bumper. Bare steel is always an option!

Here's the Pre-Runner guard. For now, bumpers can have no guard, a bull bar, or this guard. This is the specific guard requested by the owner of the truck.

OUTSTANDING job thus far buddy. I cannot wait to see that truck complete. Not only is it already a BA truck, the bumpers give it some serious attitude.

When I finally get home, you will be gettin a serious request from me.

Any winch with a removable solenoid box and standard bolt pattern will fit. Winches with integrated solenoid housings (like the 9000i) will vary depending on which model. The 9000i is 10" tall. by my measurements, it should fit, depending on how much gap you leave under the grille when you install the bumper. It will be within an 1/8" to 1/4"! Basically, the height is the issue. There is 9" front to back (most winches are less than 8"), and 39" side to side (you only need about 24") in the winch area, but only 9" +/- inside the bumper, top-to-bottom. After you add the thickness of the steel and the gap, 10" is about all you can squeeze in. To answer your question: yes - it should fit.

Thanks! hopefully I have pics of it complete in a week or so. The customer is taking it bare and having it powdercoated to match the two-tone gold color on his truck.

The factory fog light integration looks perfect. If you don't mind me asking, how do they secure to the inside of the fender?
