BWB 4th gen products - PICS!!

We finally got a 4th gen in the shop. We've got a week with the truck to get a set of jigs built. I just wanted to post pics of the prototype. My goal was to build a winch bumper that hugs the truck as closely as possible. This setup should hold most winches up to 12,000 with the standard 4.5"x10" bolt pattern. Any winch will fit as long as the solenoid housing is movable. The center of the bumper sticks out roughly 5-6" from the center of the grille, which is only 2-3" more than stock. Not too bad, I don't think, for a winch bumper! Let me know what you think.

On a side note - this is a beautiful truck. 2011 Longhorn edition with 6" lift, 37x12.50x17 Nitto Trail Grapplers, Bully Dog programmer (not sure of the details).

Here are the pics so far. I'll keep posting as we make progress!

That looks awesome! Are the fog lights going to be intergrated into the bumper on the finished product?

Factory fog light holes/mounts will be an option. 4", 5", and 6" round aftermarket fog lights in buckets will also be options, along with custom lighting options, winch mount, several different guards, receiver hitches, shackle mounts, etc.

The bumper seems to block off a good portion of the cooling system, do you plan to cut air holes? The lower gap on the factory bumper between the tow hooks is for air to pass.

True, but every stock bumper on Dodge Cummins trucks had that same style cutout since 1994. Most replacement bumpers delete that cutout with no problems. However, I'll definitely offer that as an option. I just don't plan on making that standard unless I hear of problems. Besides, the 4th gen grilles are big enough to flow more air than 2 earlier grilles!!!
