Keep me in mind when you get around to the non-winch version. I will look locally for a chromer that can handle a bumper of this size and get some pricing estimates.

Pics as promised! He decided to have it painted instead of powdercoated. I think it was a good choice. Looks like it matches very well.

Thanks! These photos were sent to me yesterday by the customer. He said he is sending more pics soon, and I'm sure a sideshot will be included (I have a sideshot of the bumper in bare steel, but not with it painted). It sticks out 3" further than stock.

I think I can... I think...
FWIW my truck has it too. It was the only way that I could get the options I wanted without doing a special order plus it was late in the yr and I'd had to have ordered a 2011.
Gonna have my son-in-law remove that tan and make the truck all white someday.

The simple answer is I'm not sure! We're really backed up right now. I'm actually getting ready to produce bumpers for all 2011 American HD trucks. Because of that and a recent surge of orders, we're backed up 6-8 weeks.
As soon as I get caught up on the current projects, I'll get a 4th gen in the shop again for a second mock-up phase. This time, I'll make the slimmer non-winch bumpers and the rest of the guards for the winch bumpers.
Pricing will be similar (probably slightly lower as an introductory phase) as the 2nd and 3rd gen bumpers. **However** My prices haven't changed in 3 years, and steel prices have almost doubled! I have no choice but to raise prices a little for 2012. I'll keep the 2011 prices for a few months until we have time to redo the site. For members of this forum, I'll extend 2011 pricing longer than the site shows.

I really like the bumpers, I think the best part is how the fog light angles match the headlights

Hi, I'll be glad to get you a freight quote. PM, call, text, or email me with your zip and some details of what you want, and I can get you a quote. Freight prices really depend on weight and size. All my contact info is on our site. I think my cell # is still on the picture on our homepage...

BWB:
Do you have any plans on producing grills for 4th Gens?
And do you ship your products to Canada?

Yes and Yes! The shipping is no problem. The grilles, like everything else, are just a matter of time. Hopefully sometime in January.

Evan,
Just wanted to say I really think you have a good eye and attention to detail....
I bought a full front replacement bumper once from a company out of Texas I believe called "Frontier" for my 07 Chevy. It was a nice looking bumper design, they painted it with that powder coat crap though and it didn't last 2 midwest winters! I defiantly recommend guys go with your bed liner option if they live where the weather can get nasty...
