2011 3500 Amsoil oil bypass install?

Been looking at the kits and wondering if they come with everything you need to do a drop on installation? Seems people have had to buy adapters or other bracketing to mount them up.

What's involved and is it do-able for an average joe? I'm not to savvy with making hoses or hydrolics or anything.

Do I just buy the BMK25 kit or need to buy extra parts too?

You need to buy all the extras with it to include the filter. The AMSOIL set up is a nice system I ran one on my 06 F-250 and would recommend it to anyone. I have not had a chace to put the new one on my 2010 3500 but plan on doing so shortly as soon as I have a bracket made. The kit will come with the filter base hoses and all fittings. they have no specific instructions as to where to place it. if you get around to it before me please post up some pictures.

nhrangerjoe is RIGHT! I has the system in the garage but I am deploying in a few days so it has to wait till I get back. The good thing is that you guys will have it done before me. I already know where I am installing though. Just like my 2000, in front of the passenger side battery

None as far as mechanical. You need to make sure noe of the lines are hitting the cab or you will get a hum

Check out www.tricountymachine.com. They have mounting brackets for 2nd & 3rd gen. I used their 2nd gen mount set up on my 2002. Works great.
