Whining Noise Help Please!!

Hi Guys,

this is my 2010 Cummins TRX4 6.7L, it is having trouble making boost. I took off the intake and this is what I have happening. Please let me know what input you guys may have.

Good Morning, Mike, and welcome to DTR. It sounds like what a turbo sounds like (to me). If you can't make boost, carefully inspect your boots and inter-cooler for air leaks as well as checking the operation of your turbo's wastegate. Someone else here will have to tell you how to troubleshoot the wastegate.
