Replaced clutch, Now truck won't regen!!!!

I replaced the clutch in my 2010 3500 DRW this weekend. Once I got everything buttoned back up I noticed the check engine light is on. About 50 miles later the display popped up regen required now, exhaust filter 80% full. Also my engine brake isn't working nor are the reverse lights. Everything that I unplugged for the clutch replace is plugged in and no fuses are blown(under the hood). What do these three things have in common that would make them all stop working during a clutch R&R. I haven't got around to pulling the codes yet but will be doing so this evening. Help please!!!

I think there are two problems, the sensor on the down pipe just above the bend has a very short wire harness to it, I think it reads EGT for the ECM, if unplugged it may cause there to be no regen and no exhaust brake because the ECM doesn't know how hot it is. The back up lights.. the gearbox switch or the pins inside the connector not making a connection.

Is there anyway to do a manual regen until I can figure it out? Just to get me through the rest of the day.

I believe there is nothing you can do to force a regen, although the dealer can using their scan equipment. I would just climb under and have a look at that sensor on the down pipe.

I did. Just triple checked everything before I left work. At 90% now headed home with mostly highway driving. Maybe she'll get me there and I can put the scanner on it. All this crap is coming off next week. No reason for it to be there for me.
