Constant regen?
Constant regen?
Hey guys quick question. Has anyone ever had their non deleted truck go into regen for over 400 miles? My mileage was absolute crap. 14.9 hand calculated. When I pulled into the fuel station I could smell that it was in active regen. Most of the driving was on flat land and I never saw the instant lie-o-meter show over 20. Normally on a road trip I can average at least 19.5. I tried to search but tapatalk kept giving me an error message.

It didn't give a dpf warning. Bad choice in words with active regen I guess. I'm starting to think I might have just had some bad fuel. Since I filled up mileage is much better. We haven't made it to our destination yet so I haven't filled up yet but the instant lie-o-meter is back in the 20s and the overall is climbing into the 17s. I'm not pulling anything except the family and some luggage. We've taken plenty of road trips in it and never gotten worse than 17 mpg even with crossing the costal mountains. I'll find out in a few hours what my mileage is on this leg. I suspect it will be more on par with what I normally see. I'm guessing I just went into regen when we stopped for gas.
