3.73
It started the 2019 MY with the Cummins Diesel equipped trucks. As I understand it.....still no 4.10’s for SRW Cummins.
DRW’s with Cummins Diesel can get 3.73 or 4.10 axles.
2500 and 3500 6.4L gas trucks (SRW or DRW) can still get 3.73 or 4.10 ratios.

Well I ran out and bought one...thought I was gonna have to get a DRW to get 3.73's...what a truck, 1000# torque, aisin, pulls like a locomotive. My 2015 with 3.42's I was locking out 6th all the time...very happy so far.
I have a 2019 3500 DRW with 4:10 axle gears w/Aisin, a 2020 3500 SRW with 3:73 gears w/Aisin and all my other older Dodges have 4:30 gears that were installed. In my opinion I love the 4:30 gears the best for pulling purposes. I believe the Aisin would shine brighter with the 4:30's as an option. This will be done to both in the near future. As for fuel mileage I am a firm believer that you buy a diesel truck for pulling, not fuel mileage! If you want fuel mileage buy a car. Lol
