I'm bringing the 3500 into the dealer next week, I have an annoying clunk coming from the passenger side dash or door on the interior. Can't pin it down, emptied the glove box still does it when you hit the slightest bump . Anyone else heard of this, I'm thinking something is loose in the heater core , This is the only issue I've had so far at 5400 miles.

I have a clunking also, but I know what it is and my ruger 10/22 is the culprit lol, have emptied a few dead shells into my vents, very annoying

 

Mine is doing the same thing.Seems to do it one day,then not the next weird?

 

According to the dealer techs my 2012 has a bad body mount bushing on the passenger side that is making the rattle. They had to order it and informed me this was the 3rd one they have seen with the same issue. Just thought I would pass it on, in case somebody else's starts making noise.
