2011 5500 fuel problems

Does anyone out there have fuel system problems, specifically that the misfire in my truck is caused by bad fuel, that the contaminate has ruined the entire fuel system, and therefore not covered under warranty.

All of the fuel run thru this truck has come from our bulk delivery tank. The fuel has been tested and is not contaminated. Driving the truck makes the fuel quality worse. We have pulled 10 samples from the truck tank and filter housing and they get worse and worse. The truck tank had about 11 gallons in it, we added 11 gallons of fuel from Sunoco to dilute the fuel by 50%, drove home and pulled more samples from tank and filter housing. Fuel quality got much worse after adding new fuel and driving home.

It seems to me that something in the fuel system is coming apart since driving the truck is what seems to make it worse.

Throw some algaecide fuel additive in the tank.
