Just something for you folks to check on your trucks

I had my annual inspection on my truck the other day and everything was OK except for the main battery cable.

It was loose and was rubbing against my front drive shaft. It had rubbed through the insulation and was just about to rub into the copper wire. This could have started a fire on the truck if it was not detected until later.

So ... next time you under your truck, check that your main battery cable is secure against the driver's side inner frame.
