4500, 5500 front bumper on a 2500

I'm in need of a new front bumper for my '07 2500. I have found a couple 5500 front bumpers that look almost identical. Hoping that somebody might know if the bumper from a '07, '08 5500/4500 will be a direct replacement.

It looks like it would be with the exeption that it has fender flairs on it. I just looked at our fire station because we got a brand new ambulance with a 4500 chassis and a brand new brush truck (Type 6) with a 5500 chassis. They are way cool.

The cut out for the tow hooks are different on the air dam and like thundercloud says it has the "sub" fender flairs attached to it. I need a air dam and set of flairs for my 5500. as I failed an ice driving coarse while fording a not so frozen creek bed in mine
