Wipers started slowing down until they stopped. Any suggestions were to start looking for this problem. I replaced the wiper motor because it was burnt up but now the wipers only work on hi with no intermittent speeds or low and the motor doesn't have enough power to move the wipers up the windshield.

Here's a tip folks. Proper English when using abbreviations, which is OK, but always spell out in full the first time an abbreviation is used followed by the abbreviation in prentices. It is not only correct, it is also polite. Not all readers will understand the abbreviation.
