Winter Storage

I am going to store my truck for 3-4 months. Is there anything special I should do? Like special fuel additives/stabilizers? Or how about disconnecting the batteries?
Thanks for the replies.

You could get lots of answers from blocking it up and mumifying it, to just parking it. It also might vary on your location. You don't say. Some folks have found varmints living in theirs too.

I go through lots of effort with the Formula in winterizing it, but in all my time deployed while in the Navy, I've just parked my vehicles - never a problem. If you have someone nearby who could start it and drive it once in a while would be best.

For your peace of mind, a fuel additive wouldn't hurt.

Heck you could leave it with me ...... I'll drive it gently.
