Windshield Wipers

My windshield wipers only work on maximum. They will not work on any other speed, and when I turn them off, while on max, they will not return to the bottom and stop. They stop mid stroke. I thought it might be a fuse, but I can not find a diagram of the fuses in the integrated power module so I can figure out which fuse to change. PLEASE HELP! If it 's not a fuse, what could it be? thanks for any help.

Sounds to me like your multi-function switch is out, thats where i'd start. It should be easy to see when you remove your steering column trim.

Nope, it's not covered by warranty.

Do you not have a 3500? or are you just saying that it isn't covered under warranty? FYI, Dodge recently extended the warranty on the multi switch to 10 years, 150k miles.

Ok, just got a call from the Dodge dealership. Some mice made a nest under the cowling under the windshield wipers and chewed through all the wires except the ones controlling my high speed setting. It only took $292.00 to fix it. Thanks for all the suggestions about what could be wrong.
