Will they fit?

I wouldn't try it. They might clear, but it would be too close for comfort with me. Looks like the 33's on my '07 w/2" levelling kit could safely go maybe 1 or 2 inches bigger at most. I think I'm gonna get the '07 a set of the same 34" Dura Grapplers as I got on the 1st Gen in my sig when tire time comes, along with some new Bilsteins and a dual opposed stabilizer.

Will 18x9 KMC Hoss wheels with a 5.71 offset with 37inch tire fit on a 07 with just a leveling kit? Thanks.
The front rubs at the back of the front fender, on the bottom. I beat back the pinch-weld seam with a sledge hammer, and cut out a little to get it to work.
In the rear, the tires will contact the front of the rear fender at the bottom under compression. You either need to use a good set of traction bars (like those from Mike at Lazersmith) that you can pre-load the rear axle, or you can get Carli's full replacement leaves ($1100) that shift centering pin back slightly for this purpose.
It really sounds worse than it is, but minor cutting, beating, reforming in the front is required.
If you run stock wheels, you may get away with it in the front, but will still need to address the rear.
If you decide to start cutting, I'll post some pics to help...

There's a guy over on Cummins Forum that is running an '08 with 37's and no lift whatsoever. OEM wheels. He even takes it wheeling (has the dents and scratches to show for it, too). Says it works awesome and he hasn't had any rubbing aside from the minor control arm rubbing that occurs with any height 12.5" wide tire.
