who knows how to remove wood grain panel?

who knows how to remove wood grain panel?
So I have the lovely plastic wood grain radio bezel and plan on replacing them eventually but thinking about painting them. How do these things come off, especially the inserts on the door panels.

The dash/radio bezel has screws at the bottom and the rest is held in place with pressure clips which pop off by pulling outward.
The door bezel is part of the door panel and can not be removed from the panel itself. The entire door panel can be remove by removing two screws at the base, one behind the handle, one on the sail panel and then the door handle itself.
