Is it simply that power to ECM is cut ?

Thanks verdesardog. So when does the ECM actually depower ? I've just had a look at the wiring diagrams and my interpretation is that at pin #32 of C2 connector ECM is switched on by ignition whenever key is RUN or START positions. There are other fused battery inputs on ECM, but I believe that at pin #32 the ECM either has voltage sense or a relay coil to energize. Anybody confirm ?

I did some testing on my '04. When ignition goes to OFF position circuit F202 stops energizing pin 32 of C2 connector on ECM and the engine stops running. Fuse 20 (25A) would seem to be the only fuse protecting circuit F202.
