What temp causes 3 cylinder idle to turn on during high idle?

If it's the same parameters as the 2nd gens,
1. Intake Manifold Temperature less than 0°C (32°F) and,
2. Coolant Temp is less than 60°C (140°F),
you get the high idle.
Additionally, if Intake Manifold Temperature (IMT) is less than -9°C (15°F), and all of the parameters above are met, three of the cylinders will be shut off upon reaching 1200 rpm,
Just might be cold enough there, if it's been enabled.

Welp, just started the truck after 9 hours in the freezing cold (not like north of the border but cold).
It's now 0*F and no 3 cylinder idle.
The auto high-idle kicked on immediately but still no 3 cylinder idle.
Oh well.

I thought they where suposed to run on 3 cyl as well below a certain temp but it has not done it for me either. Its been well below 0* F a few times and just instantly goes to 1000rpm on all cylinders. Must not be on the 3rd gen trucks.

Had a DC mechy type guy tell me that the 3 cylinder warm was the greatest thing.. Told him to enable it on my truck as I wasn't aware it was available on the 03s and up. Guess what, it isn't we couldn't find it in the computer.
