What are the signs of a power brake booster going out?

What are the signs of a power brake booster going out?
..seems like I have to push really hard on the brakes to stop..I've noticed the brakes require more pressure to stop. pads are good, as well as the rotors..the calipers don't stick..I'm thinking its the PB booster..any suggestions?

215,000 miles only...

believe your in the wrong section but yea it does sound like it or a vacuum problem
