What suspension modifications need to be done to run 37X12.5R17. I'm currently ruuning 35X12.5R17 (really 315/70-17) on a stock suspension. Would something as simple as a 2" lift work? Not looking at spending any more than I have to.

It will all depend on backspacing of the wheel. I run 37x10 on my 22.5s and I have a stock truck. If you have the right backspacing, you coudl probably do it with a leveling kit. The wheels will make all the difference in the world.

 

I have them on my truck. I am running 3" front springs.

On the stock wheels, I had some fender contact and control arm rub. I fixed teh fender contact with the metal bending. I was goning to limit the control arm rub by limiting the steering.



On Weld wheels with 5.5 backspacing. I had no control arm contact, but more fender contact. I just cut off some of the lower fender and bend back the pinch weld. Nothing noticible, I need to show people in order to see it.
