The topic says it all, I really can't find that tire, or any pro comp tire speed ratings. Can you guys help me with that?

Somebody told me that all off-road tires has 97mph rating? Huh? True?

So E rated tires are for 70km/h / 40mph then?

It helped a little, but still confused for U.S ratings.

 

68 mph, but this is just dumbed down examples generic if you will each tire manufacture has its on way of helping depending on bias tires, radials, and what ply tire they are.
