water leak in cab

water leak in cab

I have water coming down around sun visor screws.. I think it might be coming in around cab lights . Any other place to look

It's the cab lights. Look and see if yours are cracked around the screws. If so, replace all of them with just the lense. Got mine at the dealer for around $76.

2006 Mega cab one day it was raining very hard and when I got in my truck there was water running out of the plug where the grab handle is on the windshield pillar, i played with the power moonroof it may not have been closed all the way, still not sure?

There was a TSB on the '03 and I went ahead and replaced mine with clear aftermarket covers. Looked much better but the **** thing still leaks. I'm going to try and use a sealer to see if that helps. My leak is from the cab light right above the latch for the sun visor on pass side.

My clearance lights had little plastic washers under the screws that were brittle and cracked. I had some leftover nylon washers from a metal storage building assembly. They fit perfect. Hasn't rained enough to see if it is fixed though.

You might also want to check the glue around your windows. There is a TSB on the 03-04 trucks (http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2004/23-003-04.htm)
