Water Leak?

I have what seems to be a water leak in my engine compartment, it comes from a short black tube that stick's out of the fire wall. It does not apear to be engine coolant but water. Is this condensation from the heater or AC or some type of drain?

Thank you for our help

It is good to know what it is rather than just knowing it is not coolant.
