Does anyone know how I can verify if my 2004.5 truck has the TSB 1803704 dealer upgrade which improves fuel economy as well as correct the infamous overhead MPG to be much closer to actual?

I read the TSB but I do not know where the sticker that the dealer puts on once the TSB is performed.

Also - If I take it in to the dealer to perform this, are they going to charge me?

Usually the dealer will stick an update sticker with the programming number somewhere under the hood.
