tuner problems after dealer flash PLEZ HELP!!!
OK here's my story... 06' 6 speed
all started when i tried to install my superchips flashpaq about a month ago, which i had on b4, as well as a few other brands that friends let me try... any way sc threw a code of its own and i called superchips they said i had to get my truck flashed by a dealer...so i got the dealer flash... after flash sc programmer said software not on file... so I've been going back and forth with them updating and trying to download, no progress... yesterday a friend lent me his smarty which i also had on my truck b4 flash n it worked great, but now after the dealer flash it also is saying that it does not recognize my trucks software... so i called the dealer back today and told them what was going on, and they said if the check engine light is not on (which isn't) that they didn't hurt anything and what they did is not the problem they say the programmers r the problem, and i have to pay again for them to plug back in... what should i do? very frustrating and low on cash.... i cant keep paying $40 a pop to plug in and some freaking idiot who claim to have a degree solve nothing!!!!

I think dodge came out with another program for the computers and the programmers arent able to recognize it. I seen this with the diablo and they just came out with a new program cuz of this.

like Soulezoo said the dealer hates programmers and never help u out with them. You have to tell superchips about this. There the only people that can help you.

50325053AB this is the CAL-ID of your truck now since you got the latest program from the dealer. Show this number to the superchip boys and ask if this is the program they have.
