I took it on a 30 mile round trip today, to pick up the processed deer she carried to the butcher for me. She's got blood in her bed, so she's happy. I'm about to take her out for some more oil, and then she'll make on of her rare appearences in the garage for an oil change and first oil analysis. She should feel loved today.

Nice! You win that one. I got caught in the bad ice storm in NC 5 or 6 years ago. My tahoe was frozen like that.
I've gotten a few questions about the cord outlet in the bumper skirt. This is what I used:

Give her an extra night in the garage. She deserves it.

Nice! I had mine warm and snug in her garage, took it out yesterday to make a run to town for food and gas for the generator, glad I did too because we have been without power for twelve hours now. My other work truck isn't as lucky, I didn't get it into the shop, but at least i did have the block heater plugged in on it.

The news has reported we have had winds up to 60 mph with gusts even higher. Fun, Fun, Fun.

As you can see I am a few miles east of you and we lost power for a couple of times for only a minute or so. We have a blizzard here and that is no exaggeration as I have experienced them in ND and ID.

Been in a few blizzards myself, folks moved to Iowa when I was six, stayed there ten years on a farm. The last couple of days gave me a little reminder of it, and why I decided to move back out here.
