traction bars

(06 mega cab) looking for single bar traction bars that bolt on ,no welding or drilling.i just drive normal no hot rodding but i do a lot of towing heavy loads with a goose neck trailer.
is there any draw back to using bars when you tow alot.i did a search found a lot of info but could not answer my questions. i love the gdp bars but they hang to low an cost to much . please help.

Traction bars control spring wrap, which results in wheel hop or less than smooth starts. If you are troubled by these, then there could be some benifit.

tuff country. I have talked to rats builder he knows his stuff and runs them on his own puller. He builds nice stuff ive seen his work. 7/8" holes have to be drilled into the spring hanger to thread the rod thru. I paid 170 for these shipped. I just got them put on a few days ago. I dont know how well they hold up to sled pulling or drag racing. we may find out this summer
