Tire size on 07 3500 Dually

Will 265/75/17 fit or will I need some sort of spacer?

there sure will. i know for sure those will and don't take my word for it but i think even a 275/75r/ will. it might be 275/70r thought so not sure there

my buddy has the bfg 265/70/r17 bfg at on is dually they seem to fit well with lots of room to spare. So i believe the 265/75/r17 would fit
