2??? Cab lights and stereos

My first ?? is how hard is it to install cab lights on a truck that didnt have them from the factory?? I can't believe a 3500 truck would not have them!!

Second ?? is can a 6 disk changer w/ the infinity be installed on a truck with the regular 4 speaker single disk unit??

Thanks

chris

Cant help with the stereo, but cab lights go fast after you measure 100+ times to make sure they are right before drilling.

Chris, I would think that the 3500's would have cab lights. When I ordered mine in March 07 I watched the dealer order the truck and I thought that the 3500's came with them but it may only be standard on the DRW. The 6 disk can be changed out but the dealer will charge a fortune and with the basic 4 speaker system the dash has the grills for the 2 tweeters. So I think it can be done. I have the same system in mine and wanted to change out the receiver but the U-Connect is wired into the stereo and will not work with an after market so I replaced mine 4 door speakers with Boston speakers and it sound better. Hope this helps

My brothers girlfriend is getting a nav system put in by my bro so he is giving me the one that came out of hers, otherwise I would just go aftermarket. It may be worth 100.00 to have it done. Maybe I will check at a truck crap place haha!!

Thanks!
