Tire rubs one side only??
I had just put my new 285 75 17 dura grapplers on and about a month later a guy runs a light and I smoked him with my front passenger corner. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/....html?t=274177 I finally got it out of the shop after waiting on Fab Fours to send me a bumper. Now when I turn all the way to the right the passenger tire rubs the trailing arm. no rubbing anywhere else and none when I turn the other direction. I had zero rubbing before the accident. The body shop is telling me the frame is perfect and the alignment shop is saying its dead on too. I trust both shops. I have talked to both my claim rep and the body shop and they are willing to try replacing the steering gear as they think it may have been twisted in the accident. Does that sound possible or any other ideas?
im bumping this tread...
i have some rubbing on my right front tire as well. the only thing that i can think of is on the bottom of the control arms you can adjust the pitch or the height of the control arm( maybe someone can help me out with my terminology...)
