Of course, mine crapped out and looking for a replacement. Does anyone know the difference between a 4692 115AF and 4692 205AF? There is a huge difference in price but no real info. They both fit a 3500, 6.7L, 4wd. Is the last half the flash code?

Anyone happen to have a print for the tipm's?

 

If your truck is a cab/chassis then 4692115AF is for electric shift transfer case and 4692205AF is for manual shift transfer case.

If your truck is not a cab/chassis then 4692115AF will work for either manual or electric shift. I don't think you can use 4692205AF.

Yea, no it doesn't. To imply that Chrysler had 100's of different hardware versions made doesn't make any sense. Poor design aside, there's a lot of info. missing, such as why does Dorman only reman. one version.

I lucked out, so to speak, and found a used one out of state (205AJ) and will take a look at fixing my old to keep a ready spare.
