I think I would try to talk them down a little more. Seems just a little high to me. Maybe offer them 23,500 and settle down at 24,500-25,000. Brand new ones are around 35,000 right?

Sounds like a really nice truck though!

I just payed 30.5g's (34g's out the door) for my 06 about 6 mo ago....sounds a little high but the resale value of these trucks is also pretty high. I wanted a used 05 with the NV tranny but I could not find any that where that much cheaper than a new one.

Anyway the truck sounds nice and a perfect year to BOMB!!! Also I would recomend checking the engine hours before buying it. Divide the total milage by the total engine hours to get the miles per engine hour. This figure is very good indicator of how the truck spent its life.....45mi/E.hr is good, lots of highway driving (less brake, tranny, and engine wear). 25mi/E.hr means the truck has done alot of city driving or idleing and I would stay away from it due to the gooseneck, or at least use it as some leverage to get the price down....Hope this helps..

Turn the key to the on possition without starting the truck.
With the total milage showing on the dash LED hold the trip reset button for about 5sec, then the engine hrs will show.

While ur at it check for codes by cycling the ing on and off three times.
It should display --------
then the codes if any
then "DONE"
Have Fun!!!!!
