Hi all -

On the 06 models, is there a wire under the steering wheel where I can hook up the back up camera ? If not I'll run the wire from the back of the truck from the trailer harness, but though there may be something closer.

From what I can determine from the wiring diagrams, looks like B/U feed goes from the TIPM via connector 132 at rear of engine compartment direct to rear of truck. Nothing under the dash.

Here is a link to where you can view online or download electrical and a whole lot more for your truck. http://www.dodge.com/bodybuilder/ There must be a wire you can use for that. By the way I have a backup camera and really like it . I just put it in the center where there is 12v. Good luck.
