May sound like an odd request but wondering if anyone knows a wire to tap into under the dash that comes on when the truck is running but the key isn't in the ignition. The truck has factory remote start so many accessories don't come on until the actual key turns on.

Looking to accomplish 2 things:
1. Have my GPS/Backup camera ready to roll as soon as I get in. That way I don't have to sit there and wait the minute or so it takes to load before I can use it.
2. May try to do something with the exhaust brake too. I have if it rewired to come on by default so it warms up quicker in the winter. But this is kind of pointless since it doesn't come on when remote started. The exhaust brake is one of those accessories that doesn't come on until the key switched on.

Any input would be appreciated.

Why not use the park light wire to trigger a relay to run the GPS,etc?
