Strange Noise

I have a hum, low whistle coming fromt the right front area of the truck.

It goes away when it rains. It can be heard from 20 to 60 mph.

I have changed the carrier bearing, right front wheel bearing and checked both pinion bearings.

Any thoughts of what it could be?

Brakes are fine.

Checked them out.

There is no heat anywhere under the truck checked by electronic thermometer. The wheels, brakes and bearings match on both sides. Same for the tires.

I have been dealing with this for a week and about 3,000 miles.

I heard a whistle in my 96 for 11 yrs and 300,00KM, and I hear it in my 07. Trouble is dealer techs say they can't hear it, neither does the Mrs.. I guess it's at a frequency that bugs me but which not everyone can hear....like a dog whistle.

I have had about 10 people drive my truck.

They can all hear it, but we cannot find it.

The sound could be coming from some other place on the truck and just sounds like it is from the right front. Don't know how to tell you how to find it though.
