Steering Column Bearing
Thought that the clock spring was broken on my truck. Been clicking for about 18 months now.
Took it in to get fixed and they found it was not the clock spring, but the bearing in the steering column.
They also said the bearing could not be replaced, but the steering column had to be.
Anyone ever try to do just the bearing?
Cost of the new steering column is about 600.00.
