Sorry...nother A/C question

I have an 06 Mega Cab and I need to replace my evaporator core accourding to the dealer because my A/C doen't work. Any way the cost is going to be a little over a grand due to the labor charges in removing the dash. My question is this, I have never flushed the cooling system out and have roughly 78k miles on it now. Should I have the dealer replace the heater core too while he has it apart, and a flush of the coolant system too just to make sure everything is going to work this winter as well as have my A/C fixed now. I have no idea wha tshape the heater core is in but I can not be with out heat this winter and have another huge repair bill in labor charges to get it fixed, especially since they will have it apart to get his A/C fixed.

Yes, always change that. Otherwise what has to be done to the ac system will have to be done again to get to the heater.

Good call on the heater core. How about the blend doors too?
