Greetings:

I have a 2006 CTD with a sentry key with keyless entry. I had to get two more key FOB's from a local dealer. I picked them up today and the guy at the parts desk says they must program them. He says they can do it for an hours worth of labor. I say the owners manual says I can do it. He mumbles something and walks away. I am thinking to myself this might be a problem.

Anyway I get the truck and follow the instructions for programing the FOB with no luck. I figure since these keys are coded maybe I need to do the programing for the sentry key. I do these steps with no difficulty, everything works fine, including the keyless entry controls.
