Question Seat Covers

I am looking for seat covers for my 2004, 3500 quad cab, with 40-20-40 seats and fold down armrest/console. Most of you probably are familar. I like the ultimate fit style but can't seem to find my seat configuration in it.

I am towing my dirty greasy skidsteer around and I definately need to cover my seats. Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

I put the MOPAR covers on mine only a few days after I picked it up off the delivery truck. Couldn't be happier with the fit, looks, or function. They've been horribly dirty on more than a few occasions, and I just have the wife toss them in the wash and they look brand new again. Best of all, the factory seat fabric looks brand new still!

I picked mine up at my local dealership. I received a thing in the mail the day after I bought the truck for something like 20% off MOPAR accessories. You might try a web search for MOPAR parts/accessories or something. Probably someone out there that sells them cheaper than the dealership?

I have tried quite a few different seat covers for my 03 Ram and they all ripped. I broke down and bought the ultra expensive Dodge seat covers and I am happier that a pig in doo-doo. I am a gas fitter so I am always covered in oil, paint, grease and pipe dope. These covers are think and extremely durable. After a few weeks on the seats they molded right into the seat.

These are pricey, but I hear nothing but great reviews about them

I got the Dodge seat covers on mine. I like the fit and the ease of taking them off and throwing them in the washer when they get dirty.

Dodge seat covers here too. Best thing you can do for your seats. Darn near waterproof, and they clean up in a pinch.

Lightman has the Wetokle...I think they are in his gallery.

I have the Mopar ones...just make sure you cure them like it says with salt water before the first use and wash.

Lightmans' are real nice.

I put some wet okoles in my truck about 4 years 120k ago and they still look new. Easy to clean (as I just found out since it was the first time I had done it just a month or so ago) also and an excellent fit. They are waterproof so if you spill something in your lap the seat isnt going to soak it up your pants will.

Scooty,

I have the OEM Mopar canvas seat covers. I did not want to wait for a set of Wet Okoles. My dealer had the Mopar seat covers in stock. I think I paid around $170 - 200 for the front and back.

I left the window down during a rain storm. Came out around 4 hours later and found puddle on front seat, soaked it up with a towel. The rain water did not penetrate the cover, as the seat was dry underneath.

They may not be as colorful as the Wet Okoles, but they sure do the job.

Mike

I bought my seat covers through Cabelas. They are called Hatchie Bottoms and come in different camo patterns. $200 for the front buckets and console. Just put them on 2 days ago and seem to fit very well and are supposed to be washable.
