Seat Belt Retractor

I seem to have a problem with my driver side seat belt, and it drives me nuts.I like using my seat belt, but whenever I get out of the truck it seems to never retract without a little help.I end up closing my door on it or upon re entery into the truck, I sit on it.I have had this for awhile now but have not gotten around to posting about. It seems it needs to have a little more tension for it to retract.Any help would be great. I stopped it from dinging when I don't use it,but I prefer using it and this drives me crazy.

My passenger side and the middle rear always seem to lock up and won't release easily. The rear is a pain because my Daughter is in a booster and you fight 3-5 minutes with it to get it to pull far enough. The passenger side my wife is constantly rebuckling herself because it's locked and too tight.

Mine was replaced under warranty but I bought an extended warranty when I bought the truck.
