Roof Condensation problem?

My center dome light is not working so I took it out. I noticed water on the metal above the light so I lowered the entire headliner. There was water condensation all over the metal roof. I have installed a Yakami rack on the roof of my truck so I thought I might not have sealed the holes correctly but they were not leaking. Any thoughts as to where the water is coming from? I do not drive my truck often so I left the headliner down for the past week. I noticed that tonight it is again getting wet with condensation. Any thoughts? I have a 2004.5 2500 QC 4x4 with 23500 miles.

1985 suzuki samurai had the same problem (no headliner)

It's warm inside your truck, your are breathing moist air out, the outside is quite cold (in comparison to the inside) the moist air will condense on the cold surface and every bump you hit, it will start "raining" in the inside of your truck....
