Replacing Front rotors - 04 Dually

I just yanked off the wheel and wow, let me start off by saying its much different than a Honda!

Removing the caliper bracket/assembly is obvious but how do you pull off the rotors? I thought this was a floating rotor design but apparently there is a hub that is bolted down on TOP of the rotor (where the wheel mounts). The bolts can be removed but I am concerned about torquing them down since that is a crucial area.

Please advise? Thank you in advance.
