Remove lower dash panel behind gearshift

I've done several search's and can't find anything for removing the lower dash cover, under the heater controls; and behind the stick shift. I've read read "how to : " threads here before that gave a couple of pointers. The only thing I can remember is you have to tug pretty good. I just want to make sure I'm tugging in the right spot.

There are 2 screws that need to come out. Did you take those out? If not, go to Youtube and search there. That is where I went to figure out how to remove all the dash pieces when I did my tach fix.
