I am trying to replace the electric door latch, but I can not get the actuator arms disconnected from the latch. I dont want to break, any tips or tricks will help.

 

ah HA,, figured this out, very simple procedure,,

1: you take out the 3 bolts holding the electric latch.
2: press on the plastic tip with thumb, and pull arm in upward motion to unsnap the actuator arm, then it pulls right out.

I reference this how too, preety good.
